ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) is the second level of ITIL 4 certification for all candidates in their successful journey of ITIL 4 Certification Program. The ITIL 4 MP certification program is designed to enable people working within the Technology & Digital team across business to successfully master the Technical, Process & Business skills & Knowledge required to the needs of the modern Digital world. The program comprises of four streams within level 2 helping individuals to achieve complete mastery over all elements of ITIL 4 framework. The candidates must train & complete all the 4 streams iteratively to achieve ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.

The first stream of ITIL 4 Managing Professional aims at enabling candidates to successfully acquire the requisite skills & knowledge with practical sessions to create the “core” of service management along with integration of value streams and activities to create, deliver & support IT – enabled products & services. The module also enables candidates to master the support practices, methods & tools involved in IT-Service Management.
