To pass the compatibility check, you must ensure that your camera and microphone both allow the exam application permission to access them. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and select “Settings” (the gear icon).
- Privacy: Go to “Privacy.”
- Camera: Click on “Camera” under the “App permissions” section. Make sure the toggle is turned on for “Allow apps to access your camera” and ensure the PECB exam app is listed and enabled.
- Microphone: If the app needs microphone access, click on “Microphone” and enable access as required.
After logging in to the exam app, while checking your compatibility, ensure to click on “select” to select your camera.
